The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Is there anyway to increase the amount of time a ped will remain in a downed state after being hit by the taser? Currently, a ped will get up and proceed to carry on as normal within two or three seconds of hitting the ground. By the time I've drawn my taser, fired and replaced it, the ped is already back on their feet. Given that the whole point of the taser is to slow down a pursuit suspect, I'd like to be able to increase the amount of time it is effective.
