question: i found a maybe hidden feature. if you were on a pursuit and a suspect escaped, you can type "ForceEscapedEncounter 1" in RPH console

then a grey circle pops up at the map and when youre there, a little red point can be seen at he map. When suspect sees you, he mostly flees, but you cannot hold "B" to report Pursuit.

Anyone knows that "hidden" feature? Are there other ways to play this feature without "forcing" it? @LMS
