No matter how I tried, it's still the same color

So, I just installed some addon cars, and most of them worked fine. That isn't until I get to the state police cars and they weren't in the same color as it should.

I tried editing the carvariations.meta on all the statepolice vehicles to the same color ID as well as editing vehicles.meta for FLAG_HAS_LIVERY and FLAG_NO_RESPRAY, but no matter what I do, they're all the same color. statepolice2 becomes blue, statepolice3 becomes red, so on and so forth.

What am I doing wrong?

It's your carvations.meta

That's what controls your car spawn colors.
