The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

In updating textures on model, I get this terrible bleedover...

What causes this? I can tell which part of the model the black is coming from. But it looks terrible. 

 It clearly doesn't seem to be from my texture. Because, the black is still there from the base template.

    I dont have any screenshots of it during the game. But it does show up in the game with those marks as well.
