I was having issues before loading lspdfr initially. So i started loading rage by itself and then once in game, I loadplugins. But today i went to loadplugins, lspdfr and it froze and crashed. Any ideas

On certain systems, LSPDFR can take too long to load. If you're seeing this issue, LSPDFR will hang with a perpetual black screen and there will be an error message on the bottom left of the screen. Your log may also mention something along the lines of 'Warning! Plugin "LSPDFR First Response" was terminated because it caused the game to freeze'

 

Fix

Open the RAGEPluginHook settings menu (hold down SHIFT immediately after clicking RPH)

Increase 'Plugin timeout threshold' to a higher value (e.g. 60000)

Save and Launch

Why can't people read FAQs...

cause we all think we have a unique problem and sometimes its easier to ask a question from  knowledgeable people then to dig for an answer. 

 

And up until recently, this was never happen. It just started doing it so  i figured it was something else since just started happening.

And exactly this is the problem ( I am not (only) talking about you don´t take me wrong.) People wait sometimes hours or days or weeks for an answer instead of type in LSPDFR frozen in the search bar and have a solution by their own in 5 minutes. It would save the time of everybody and also it would help keep the forum clear. I write in almost every topic at first: "Please post your log" cause the most don´t do it. Set Plugin Timeout higher or disable your antivirus is the most written phrases in the last weeks. Sometimes in the same topic. Sometimes you write it in one topic and 30 minutes later there is another topic directly above with the same question. This is ridiculous. Of course, if anyone have a problem and don´t get it to work they should ask. That´s why this forum exist. But most people do exactly 30sec of own work before asking. And this 30 sec are open browser and load LSPDFR-page.

I don't take it personal. I understand. it has to be frustrating. I had those same two issues. lol. I just recently reinstalled my Anti virus and had issues with lspdfr n forgot i just installed anti virus and asked about this and got a quick answer. I will start looking in the FAQ more. Sorry

@rabbit1988 Seems to be something else causing the crash. I adjusted my timeout time. I disabled my anti virus, etc. Now it goes to load and i get almost there and i hear the beep from the crash and it kicks me out. I'm including the log. And YES i did look at the FAQ's this time.

This is another crash. Did you change anything in Davis Station? The station.xml or something in the agency.xml? LSPDFR crashes when trying to load Davis Station.

Yes. I had issues with the new EUP and it was spawning random uniforms on police. I looked up the problem and led me to download the EUP config file. That was the last thing i did. I always back up my files when doing this, so i  will reinstall the original and see if that fixes it. Where do u see this in the readme, as I am trying to learn so i ca figure out my own issues
