hi, dont want to be that guy that spams so this will be my last attempt to fix my current files before restarting. (please help lol) 

 

My screen wont load, it stays on the rage plugin loading screen. 

 

It DOES say "loaded plugin lspd first response" so its not having trouble loading it.

 

I watched a video where someone went into open IV and updated something and i have already attempted that but there is nothing to update. 

 

Shoot your shot anything helps.
