Hello,

I'm experiencing an infinite loading issue with LSPDFR 0.4.9 (build 9572)

on GTA V v3788.0 (latest Steam version).

ENVIRONMENT:

- GTA V v1.0.3788.0 (Steam)

- LSPDFR 0.4.9 (build 9572 - March 17, 2026 release)

- RAGE Plugin Hook v1.130.1406.17682 (latest included version)

- ScriptHookV v3788.0.1013.34

- Windows 10 Professional 64-bit (build 26100)

- BattlEye: DISABLED (parameter -nobattleye enabled)

ISSUE:

The game loads normally until the main screen, but freezes indefinitely

when loading the game world. The RPH log shows that LSPDFR loads correctly

but the progress stops after:

No error message appears. The game is simply frozen.

TROUBLESHOOTING ALREADY ATTEMPTED:

✓ Completely disabled BattlEye

✓ Deleted LSPDFR config folders (Plugins/LSPD First Response/ and LSPDFR/)

✓ Downloaded the compatible LSPDFR version for build 3788

✓ Cleanly reinstalled RAGE Plugin Hook and ScriptHookV

✓ Tested WITHOUT LSPDFR - the game loads and runs normally

✓ Set commandline.txt to read-only

OBSERVATION:

Without LSPDFR, the game loads and works perfectly. With LSPDFR, world loading

freezes indefinitely.

Are you aware of similar issues with build 3788?

Can you try loading into singleplayer normally first before starting RPH and LSPDFR?

I made a mistake in the upload log file; here's the correct one

And yes, I tried loading the game with and without RPH, without the plugin, and then loading it in-game, but the game freezes and there are no logs at all

What other mods do you have installed? With no trace of the crash in the log it's usually due to something installed in your mods folder, you can try renaming it to _mods and see if the crashing stops

I installed QuantV and 5real, and I've noticed that without 5real, the game finishes loading—even though it was listed as compatible with lspdfr :(

I don't know if anyone else uses 5real as well and if they're having the same issue as me, even though I installed the LSPDFR patch correctly with

Sounds like it could likely be 5real, I don't have it myself so I cannot check compatibility, but if they have a patch for LSPDFR, it should work. Was it updated after the most recent LSPDFR update?

The build I downloaded is from April and the LSPD patch is from March, so there shouldn't be any issues. I'll look into it. Thanks.

I don't see any reason for it not to work. I can't say I have seen any similar issues recently, but hopefully someone can chime in! Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.

I updated 5real to the May version with the latest LSPDFR patch, and here's the crash I encountered—at least I got an error message this time @Gan Ceann RagePluginHook.log

Try renaming the mods folder to _mods and see if the crash still happens.
