Any way to un-f&ck this mess? Multiple mods appear to be conflicting

Featured Replies

I'll admit I'm a newbie to the modding scene for GTAV but I couldn't resist diving into the waters that are LSPDFR.  I played a bit of vanilla LSPDFR with zero mods installed the other night and it seemed to be working well.  Then I thought I'd go balls deep and installed almost all the mods that Jeff Favignano has on his YouTube videos and I can't get it to run for more than 5 minutes without crashing or bugging out.  Also I apparently need to watch more tutorials because none of the vehicle installs worked.  I'll post my log file after work, but I wanted to list all the mods I installed just to get the opinion of the gurus here to make sure I'm not trying to run completely incompatible mods (I assume Favignano has done a lot of .ini editing to get his working).  Anyway, my first big problem is that I seem to have a bunch of overlapping key bindings because half the buttons i press cause chaos.  I have a feeling that the suggestion is going to be to wipe it all out, start from scratch, and add one mod at a time while testing to see if it causes heartache.  Here are the mods I installed (or tried to install):

▼Main Mods▼ LSPDFR Mod -OpenIV - Ragehook -ELS

▼Scripts▼ Arrest Manager - Player Location Display - PoliceRadio - ScripthookV - ScriptHookDotNet - Simple Trainer (removed it as I couldn't open the F4 menu anymore) - Stop The Ped -  Spike Strip Mod -  TrafficControl - Traffic Policer -  Sticky Wheels -  LSPDFR Computer+ -  Better EMS - LSPDFR+ - KTFDO -  Spotlight - Interaction+ - Ultimate Backup -  LSPersistenceD 5 - Realistic Speed Radar - ▼Callouts▼ Assorted Callouts -United Callouts - Wilderness Callouts -  More Robberies

▼Vehicles▼ LSPD -  BCSO -

▼Visual Mods▼ Max Payne 3 Glock -  NVR -

▼Sound Mods▼ Realistic Gun Sounds - Better Dispatch Alert Tones

Is there a way to figure out keymappings that overlap (buried in the log file maybe)?  BTW, every time I try to use the computer (LSPDFR Computer+), it crashes as soon as I run a person or plate.

Any sage advice appreciated,

Mooseknuckle

Your version of Computer+ isn´t compatible with 0.4. Install the newest version.

Also please post a screenshot of your LSPDFR-folder inside the plugin folder. It seems like there are some files don´t belong there.

Speed Radar could be outdated.  It throws out an error and the last version is from 2016. But maybe (probably not) it works fine. Never used it.

Thanks, I re-installed computer+ earlier, removed speed radar, and disabled a few of the startup mods and it's working (mostly) now.  Still have the occasional crash but I'm able to play.  Thanks for the insight.
