The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

You must pay attention to the Structure in the download, it tells you where everything goes

Really cause when I put it in plugins lspdfr it don’t show on rage or is that how it’s supposed to be ?

Thats how its supposed to be.  Like I said above, the only plugins that will show in RPH settings are GTA V Plugins.  

Assorted Callouts, Police Smart Radio & Traffic Policer are all lspdfr plugins and will load when going on duty
