Thats how its supposed to be.  Like I said above, the only plugins that will show in RPH settings are GTA V Plugins.  

Assorted Callouts, Police Smart Radio & Traffic Policer are all lspdfr plugins and will load when going on duty

Keep the EUP folder in Plugins as well.  Im not home so im going off memory

Anyone know how to fix that ^^

Disable or change keys for traffic stop menu in the keys.ini. Also please do a bit of own research, cause almost everything in this topic was already written so often 🙂
