Hello. Nowhere on the site can I find a complete manual or list of what the mod actually does. For someone who is new, it might be very hard to figure out what this exactly does. The patch notes tell about a new taser and similar stuff where you can figure something out.

However, why isn't there a pinned topic of "Here is what LCPDFR does:"?

Edit: After getting a couple of answers, I thought I would start a list of the features so that other may see them.

Liberty City Police Department: First Response

Around Liberty City, officers of the LCPD patrol in their cars. With this mod, you can be one of them. Full support for calling backup, initiating traffic stops, arresting people and responding to calls around the town. Use AI as your backup or head to multiplayer where you can use a combination of real people and AI officers to try to keep the low-life of Liberty City under control. Join pursuits with your friend, run backgrounds from Driver Licence Numbers and tackle suspects.(In progress)

Requires:

GTA IV or Episodes from Liberty City, Patch 1070.

FAQ

Q: Can I play LCPDFR in multiplayer?

A: Yes, if everyone has the same modification version and patch. No conflicting files can exist on the same server or the game might crash.

1. Arrest, frisk, cite, tase pepole

4. Have a partner

Okay, I added those. Can you edit light modes and how? Can you use just lights without siren? What is the purpose of CPR? What do with EMS or Fire?

Yep

What is the purpose of CPR?

Well, you got officer/civilian/suspect down (unconscious) and you have CPR option to revive them until ambulance arrives.

What do with EMS or Fire?

You got burning vehicle what will you do ? Call for fire depart.. Im not sure if they are going to put out the fire, i never actually needed them so i dont know.

You have injured officers/civilians. Call ambulance, some times IF they arrive they will heal people, do CPR and other.
