The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I want to add an agency called 'Lake Havasu Police Dept.' into LSPDFR, they will patrol the Sandy Shores ONLY, I want this to be a selectable  agency within the LSPDFR Duty menu, I also have custom cars etc, I have Ultimate Backup and I want to make it so when I am in sandy when i call for a local patrol unit (while in sandy) I will get the LHCPD not Blaine County Sheriffs. If anyone could show me how to do it, or explain to me if this is possible please tell me, I have tried everything. ALSO it has to be compatible with EUP, and the 'Custom' Folder. 

The LHCPD will use the 'The Cop' Default uniform within LSPDFR.
