Game crashed when I tried to initiate a trafficstop on someone, with my lights off. Another one.

Yep, there it is "Roads.rpf" This sorta makes sense as to why the game crashed and NOT lspdfr. It seems that its an issue with LA Roads, conflicting with NVE. I like NVE a lot, because it adds really good parallax textures to brick, so I will do without LA Roads. Thanks for the help!

It makes all the roads in-game look more like Los Angeles roads. Did some more research, and it appears that modifications made by Natural Vision Enhanced, conflict with modifications made by L.A roads.

Seems to me that LA Roads is causing issues, because RIGHT before the game crashes, the roads freak out, and the textures get all glitchy.

Xscanner was removed after this crash, but Regular Callouts, and City Callouts dont need updates?

Not that I know of, I just reinstalled all my mods, and it seems to be fixed.Yep, gta v crashes on start... I wonder. (Character freezes) I cant leave my apartment. The game doesn't crash, im just frozen. (Game still audibly runs)SOLVED: It was Realistic Dispatch Enhanced, that was causing issues. Removing it, allowed the game to run normally.I have RDE 3.1 (Patched) installed. That could be it. crashlog.txt "initializing game support" Then the game crashes. I'll close this topic!I want to add an agency called 'Lake Havasu Police Dept.' into LSPDFR, they will patrol the Sandy Shores ONLY, I want this to be a selectable agency within the LSPDFR Duty menu, I also have custom cars etc, I have Ultimate Backup and I want to make it so when I am in sandy when i call for a local patrol unit (while in sandy) I will get the LHCPD not Blaine County Sheriffs. If anyone could show me how to do it, or explain to me if this is possible please tell me, I have tried everything. ALSO it has to be compatible with EUP, and the 'Custom' Folder. The LHCPD will use the 'The Cop' Default uniform within LSPDFR.

Hey, so I decided to make a texture for the Explorer in Captain 14's pack! It's an almost exact recreation of the LHCPD Explorer that my Police Dept. uses. Feel free to customize or improve, please note I could not make the vinyl sticker that's on the back right and left widow. as I could not find where that texture was. Enjoy! *Minor glitch with the spot lights on the explorer, they display the LHCPD logo inside the light, not sure how this happened, may fix. { PLEASE NOTE, THIS TEXTURE IS FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY!!! GTA V Dispatch for GTA IV ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I always wanted an almost legit GTA V dispatcher in GTA IV, I stumbled on OfficerUnderwoods' "GTA V Dispatch for IV BAT 1" But it had annoying things like the street names, they were read out by the old dull male dispatcher, there wasnt much you do, considering GTA V does not have the same streets as GTA IV, so I made my own mod! It has support for callouts+ as well as many other callouts mods for GTA IV, that's something that "GTA V Dispatch for IV" didn't have, but since that project was let go, I opted to make this one, hope you enjoy, and please report bugs! -=KNOWN ISSUES=- * Sometimes street names are read out (will be fixed) * When calling for firefighters, the game will use a TTS voice, (this is temp.) * Sometimes dispatch will go silent for some calls in callouts+, i'm working on a fix...
