Stop the ped elite and Interaction + Conflicts in files?

I installed Stop the Ped elite yesterday and noticed that since it has enhanced answers and items that can be found, these files are the same name as a couple from Interaction+.  So I guess I'm asking is there any way to add the elite answers to the interaction+ files?  Otherwise one is going to overwrite and lost the benefit of the other I would think.
