I believe LSPDFR first

Go ahead and try to re-download and install in this order: LSPDFR and then RPH.

What plugins do you have installed?

Two different crashes. Please go to RPH-Settings and set PluginTimeoutThreshold to 60000 or more.

There is something really messed up. PoliceSmartRadio is in the wrong place asexample. Please post a screenshot of the GTA5/plugin-folder and of the GTA5/plugins/lspdfr-folder

Okay delete the PoliceSmartRadio-Folder in your plugin-folder (not the one in plugins/lspdfr) The dll is now in the right place.

Try again. If it don´t work, please remove Keep calm for a test. If it still don´t works, try what "UnkownBastion" says.

 

EDIT: Didn´t seen that before. You have Traffic Control. Don´t works wit 0.4. That could be the reason and why always the steahlt.common crashed your game.

Weird i'll give it all a shot. Traffic Control was working with 0.4 before I reinstalled.

Still Crashing after Traffic Control has been deleted and the policesmartradio folder was removed.

That was my first thought. Because both plugins need stealthcommon which chrashed the game.
