GTA5 and Ragehook crash - gameconfig related?

First: I have a custom gameconfig and both heap/memory mods.

 

Now: I occasionally get this sort of error when using certain cars - for example, the Police Prius that I'm working on, or the Impala that I'm working on. Both are addons, and my gameconfig has been jacked up. The error suggests that the game is accessing memory illegally and shutting down.

I can't seem to nail down the circumstances for reproduction, but I'm sure it has to do with one or more than one being loaded into memory. Either these two add-on vehicles are too much for even a beefy custom gameconfig, or they are configured or set up wrong as add-ons.
