Downloaded Mods are Broken Rar Files

A good portion of the script mods ive downloaded keep downloading broken or corrupt. Any fixes available? I have stable internet So that cant be the issue.

Create a folder on your desktop and throw a few random files in it. Try to archive the folder by right clicking the folder and selecting "Add to FolderName.rar". If this doesn't work, or you're unable to extract the archive afterwards, then its likely an issue with WinRAR.
