So - I've learned that one can put any car in sections the popgroups file and it'll spawn on traffic, but now I have another problem...

 

Controlling the spawn rate!  

Example here: The Arena is really the most glaring instance of this, but when I had edited some values inside the vehicle's meta file, it caused problems.

Am I missing or misunderstanding something about editing those values?

The last time I tried editing these values through OpenIV it blew the game up, so anyone have ideas?

Spawns rates of vehicles and PEDs are related to Population Density settings in game I think
