Whenever I go on duty and get to where you chose your vehicle, everything works except when you get to either the third or forth vehicle, one of the noose vehicles, I'm assuming, my character just stand there and I have no control over him and I have to force quit the game. Every other vehicle works as long as I don't go over, like I said, either the third or forth vehicle, unsure on which one it exactly is.

First thing that came to my mind was the vehicle file was corrupt, etc. I changed it to something completely different and still have the same problem.

Maybe if you have a slow computer your game can't load that vehicle.

Does the original vehicle work? You should have backed up before installing mods. If you did, replace the vehicle you think is causing the problem with the original vehicle and see what happens.

If you're unsure which vehicle it is then replace all of the modded vehicles with the originals and see if it works. If it does, add each modded vehicle one at a time and test them until you encounter the problem again. Then you have your answer.

Edit: If you didn't back up your vehicles, then keep trying modded ones until one works. Or use whatever car you're using in the "police" or "police2" slot and see if they work in the spot causing the problem.

I'd replace that vehicle with a different. Just last night I was installing a car mod, (The CHP Crown Vic) and every time I went to pick it, the game crashed. The only way to fix it is to replace the car with a different mod or place the original ones back in.
