Does somebody know how to make traffic move when I park a car near the sidewalk? they get stuck behind it instead of changing lane

This is my biggest gripe about GTA AI and really does affect the immersion this mod creates. It would be awesome if someone made a script that gave ai more ambition and intelligence rather than just user policing opportunity. Ambience is a huge part of any over all experience in anything and if the community wants more realism then someone should work on that instead. I will gladly volunteer if someone wants to point me in the right direction for programs and tools.
