What I ended up doing was launching my GTA.exe then running RPH and it's working. I'm hoping I won't have to launch it like this every time?

For now yes, I don't believe anyone knows a fix for this. I'm not certain why it works this way and not normally.

You can try:

  1. right clicking RAGEPluginHook.exe and going to properties
  2.  then click the Security tab
  3. click Users (PCNAME/Users)
  4. click Edit...
  5. tick the option "Full Control" under Allow
  6. click Ok.
  7. Attempt to launch Ragepluginhook like normal

@Toaster.OGT

  1. RageNativeUI.dll shouldn't be in the plugins folder put it in the base GTA V folder
  2. albo1125.common.dll shouldn't be in the plugins folder put it in the base GTA V folder
  3. The Police Scanner folder is no longer used since 0.4 they should be in audio/scanner

Just fixed that but still having same issue

Your log says it's loading the path file D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V but your screenshot shows the directory Grand Theft Auto V-Modded. Is this the problem?

It might be launching the wrong version (copy) of GTA.

It's because RagePlugin launches the game through Steam and Steam ONLY looks for the folder Grand Theft Auto V. The only way to use this method you are trying is with Symbolic links but it's a little complicated.

The other way is constantly renaming your GTA V folders to the correct name. (e.g. renaming your modded copy of GTA to Grand Theft Auto V when you want to use that folder and changing your UN-modded folder to Grand Theft Auto V-Vanilla)

I would personally recommend just having one copy of GTA and using that. It's pretty easy to remove LSPDFR and it's files.

So you recommend just installing LSPDFR on my main GTAV folder (original)

I just tried changing the security details and launching it via RPH and no luck, However I think I can still launch it via the GTA.exe and are you able to install albo1125's police radio?

Looks like I won't be able to play for a while until everything gets updated. Oh well.

It works fine yes.

Okay. I just installed a few albo1125 mods and now my game crashes like it did before. I just uninstalled everything. I think I may just try again in about a month.

Check out my thread on a stable plugins list. I hope it helps you. You should be able to play right now!
