The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Just download the latest EUP Menu, LAO clothing pack and the jurisdiction XML and you'll fix the problem.

    Make sure they are both updated to the latest version, 8.1 was just released.

    Make sure you have installed ASILoader and OpenIV.asi.
