I just recently updated to 0.4 and ever sense literally everything just goes away if I look away and walk like 10 feets in a certain direction. For example, I was at a traffic stop and the guy what high so I had him step out. Was doing some sobriety tests. Than I went for an arrest and he took off so I chased him and when I came back my backups car and his car were both gone and we had literally ran 20 feet. Is there any way to fix this?? I know the plugin persistence recently released but it seems like it might be buggy right now. Also, if you have ANY tips on improving performance in 0.4 that would help a lot. THANKS! 

There's no way of fixing this, it's just how GTA works. There is a persistence mod like you said but who knows how dodgy that is until it's properly tested. Your vehicle should stay if you spawned it via the police station garage.

yEAH  I downloaded your mod and figured I would at least try it despite reports of bugs. And it actually works great so thanks!
