im sorry but whats wrong with the els versions?

 

Well ELS is pretty annoying at some times.. For example, it fixes your car every second, if you shoot at an ELS car it crashes your game, you cant see ELS lights in Video Editor, etc...

But I prefer to use ELS when Im doing LCPD:FR videos and when Im doing a video for a police car (Lets say the Challenger that was released a while ago) its nice if it was NoN-ELS coz then I can see the lights in Video Editor.

 

Also to the Crown Vic question, nop sorry. Havent seen any around.

    I've used ELS since I began to mod GTA IV and I never had any problems with the game crashing because I fired upon an ELS car.  The repairing isn't all that bad either as with the standard lighting system it is nearly impossible to drive well enough to have your vehicle attain minimal damage.  This, coupled with the fact that ELS isn't only limited to red white and blue like the default system is, does indeed make its use all that much better. 

     

    Also, haven't seen all that many Georgia State Patrol textures or vehicles around.

    can you guys direct me to any decent lit up GSP chargers and or Crown Vics? I have looked all over and can't find any standard grey and silver georgia state patrol cars. I have found videos referencing this site like this one.. but no downloads. thanks
