Probably because you renamed it. Now it doesn’t recognize the folder and therefore it doesn’t recognize the plugins at all. Try renaming it back to the old one, see what it does.

 

Edit: I'm havin the same problem too. My lspdfr keeps crashing. Can you guys fix this? And also after lspdfr starts up, when I look at my weapon wheel, I don't have any weapons on me. I'd have to keep typing giveweapon, then the weapon name on the console  just to have one. Don't I start out with a pistol and a shotgun?  I have attached my rage log below.

Rename mods to _mods, if you have it and go into your lspdfr. ini /GTAV/LSPDFR and add this to your lspdfr.ini: Networking.DisableServerCommunication = true

hi everyone. i have a BIG PROBLEM. i installed eup for all outfits and vehicles i installed even els and a vehicle pack from lspdfr site. NOW LSPDFR CRASHES OR SHUTS DOWN AND THE TROUBLESHOOTER CAN'T FIND ANY ERRORS . I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND IF IT IS SOLVABLE. THANK YOU ALL

go in rage plugin setting check directx11 box and try

everything loads for me but when i go to the pd to start my shift the game just closes with no error code ,any idea of how to resolve this issue
