I have the same problem but the only things I have installed are ScriptHookV, OpenIV, ScriptHookVDotNet and Menyoo. When I have dinput8.dll in my game files it doesn't even start loading it just crashes, but when I remove dinput8.dll it works completely fine but I don't have mods.

can you elaborate on how you fixed it? im having the exact same issue, when dinput is removed game works fine. with it it doesnt even load the game window
