Basically, I have this problem after every 5 mins I started the game. I only have some police vehicles installed, no graphics mods nor other vehicle mods. I have 2080 Ti and 64GB RAM, so I think it has nothing about my computer. I used to have this problem before, but not that often.

 

Also, I have the Packfile Limit Adjuster and Heap Adjuster, nothing help. Does anyone have the same problem? Appreciate for any useful help!

    I'm having the same problem too. Sometimes it starts a little after I start LSPDFR or maybe an hour later. It didn't start until 0.4, so I just patrol in the county most of the time. I have the 1080Ti with 32GB Ram and the limit and heap adjuster.

    Oh okay umm, I have another solution, delete the settings thing in your document-----> Rockstar Games-----> GTA V and try to load game again, if it didn't worked then tell me I will try to think XD
