number of cops limited in pursuit

Featured Replies

In a chase, we can call several cop cars as backup, but when the suspect gets out of the vehicle, there are only 10 cops at the most who run after him and the others I called leave normal without finishing the chase with the 10 cops so I’d like to know how to disable this cop limit because I like to play with a max of cops? For example, I press 10 times on the Police Backup menu so there are 10 cars that come in reinforcements with 2 cops per car which makes 20 police officers in total but on the 20 cops called only 10 come in help when the suspect leaves his vehicle to continue the foot chase with only 10 cops after him instead of 20 who had been called in support. @Sam @Cyan @LMS @Ineseri

You can change the limit by setting "Chase.MaxUnitsPerSuspect" and "Chase.MaxUnits" in your .ini file. We do not recommend going much higher as it can cause performance problems, but you can definitely set it as high as you want.
