I have  problem. My FPS is going from 60 to 40 or 30 with some stuttering here or there. The Plugins I use are Police Radio, Traffic Policer, LSPDFR+, Stop the Ped, Arrest Manager, Search Warrant and a few callouts. Anyone else experienceing this issue? Is there any way to fix it? Thanks. 

same thing is happening to me.  here is  link to a forum that has to do with this you can try some of the options they provided or wait for a patch i would recommend wating for a patch its entirely up to you as well.  

I've had the same thing. All I did was restart my PC and it was fine. I don't know why it did it.

 

Is anyone else also having issues with certain LSPDFR keybindings i.e Y to answer calls, randomly quit working? I think It happens every time I force a call but It never happened before which is pretty weird.

I'm running an MSI 970 Gaming Mobo, AMD 8350 CPU and GTX 1080 with 16 GB ram and 750 psu. Have tried a fresh install of windows 7, separate drives, windows 10, nvidia profile tweaks with profile manager, all in game settings, and have windows 10 slimmed down and optimized with various services turned off. Some will say amd's are worse than intel but have no other issues with any other game. The vanilla GTA V averages about 40-50 fps with fraps but soon as rage loads, drops about 10 fps then lspdfr loads with a few plugins drops to about 15 to 20 fps. Then when the ai start crashing into each other or do stupid things, or traffic backs up can see frame rates drop into the single digits. It really sucks and I'm not dropping $500 for an I7 (mobo, cpu and ram) just to play lspdfr. Rage needs an update and whatever is causing the huge drops in frames for lspdfr needs to be fixed. I try to avoid downtown even with population settings turned down. Have found no changes with in game settings make much difference. Try running with direct x 10 and hang around sandy shores or some of the outskirts. Thats what I'm trying to do and helps a little but the single digit frame rates are almost unavoidable at times. Have removed all plugins and noticed little improvement with low frame rates.

Well i can understand you. But your CPU comes out in 2012 so maybe it´s time to think about 😉

Normally I play GTAV on 120 FPS on all Ultra (8GB RAM, GTX 1080, i7-7700 HQ etc.)

I only have LSPDFR / LSPDFR+ / Arrest Manager / Assorted Callouts / Stop the Ped / EUP Uniforms. EVERYTHING is updated to the latest version including Rage.

 

My FPS is 50-60 when off duty (which is low but I deal with it) but as soon as I go on duty it goes around 20-40 and I have even LOWERED all settings (i.e. Grass is "Normal", Water Quality is "Normal", Shadows are down etc etc.)

 

Some sort of setting must be wrong because I keep seeing people on Youtube with same specs running like 25+ mods and plugins at the same time on full Ultra and it looks flawless on great FPS.

gtx 1080 

16gb rams

 

i don’t know why FPS is very low while playing lspdfr it could be all the updates and stuff without playing lspdfr my FPS is 60-80 while playing lspdfr it dropped to 10-20 FPS
