hello my name is jesse and im new to this whole lcpdfr thing. i downloaded it and i can go on duty but i cant change my outfits and i only get 4 choices of vehicles to choose from. i also cant pull people over and issue tickets. maybe i need more downloads idk. if any one can help me that would be great thanks

Do you have Patch 1.0.7.0 ? Do you have Games For Windows Live Redistributable 3? Do you have .NET Framework C++ ? Did you get the stable version of RC2? From the home page of lcpdfr.com? If you have those, I reccomend reinstalling LCPDFR Or Gta iv then re installing LCPDFR.

He would need GFWL, and .NET Framework or else he couldn't get LCPDFR to start, let alone install. My suggestion, reinstall GTA IV the LCPDFR but run EVERYTHING as an administrator.
