Hi guys, can someone tell me why the PT isn't working? I have a cuffed guy in the back and yet it's telling me that transport isn't available because i have no prisoners to transport? 
This happens with all prisoners and with all selected agencies. Any ideas?

    I am pretty sure that you have to have the perp in the kneeling position in order to call for a transport.

    This is correct - Suspects needs to be placed on the ground, on their knees, for transport to work.

    Aye, this works now but it's a bit awkward. I'd never have someone on their knees for a suspended licence. Bit overkill. I think this needs to be moved into the car really.
