Its not an issue. That's the base set everyone gets. For more outfits you'll need EUP which will be compatible with the locker as I've read. Please read the pinned comment about common issues before posting. Your question is literally there. We'll have this section flooded in no time because of these common issues people could just read in a pinned comment.

I don't think that it is unreasonable to ask about a feature that users of the mod are use to having but no longer have access to.  I get the common issues thread bit, but TBH, until it recently linked a mod that makes the EUP packages available in the station, it was not very clear on what to do or what the situation was.

Luckily, the community seems to be quickly making it easy for people like me (who do not create their own unique xml files) to get more uniforms.

@PB420 I will list some links here for you.

Emergency Uniforms Pack - Law and Order by Alex_Ashfold

Emergency Uniforms Pack - Serve and Rescue by Alex_Ashfold

Those two above are the mods with actual uniforms in them. I believe you need the tool OpenIV to install those files. There is an installation with OpenIV video in the above links. OpenIV can be acquired at OpenIV.com and is a modding tool for GTAV and other rockstar games which is easy to install.

Finally, this mod by mkalash interfaces the files from the two above EUP mods and makes it available in the police stations when you go on duty. (this is what it is supposed to do from my understanding, I have not had the chance to test it yet)

Hopefully this helps you. Again, know that I have not had the time to install this myself yet but this is my current understanding of what I need to do and hopefully someone more educated can verify this.

EDIT: So, I have managed to install everything and I can confirm now that it is working. The combination of these three mods are working well and they look great. Combining them with the custom character system is definitely an improvement over the old.  @PB420 If you need any help with the process feel free to message me. If you do not want to mess with OpenIV or installing the EUP mod, the only other option is basically playing as a default police model which is accessed in the same screen where you can create a custom character (instead of selecting your custom character, the top option is default characters and from there you have access to the old generic police people with the corresponding uniforms). I had to do some extensive forum perusing to find the answers to these questions but I hope this helps you.
