Callouts not loading in

Featured Replies

Hi there.

Yesterday I made a few callouts and they loaded fine and work well. I downloaded a few callouts for 0.4 off the forums and the console identifies the plugin as loading but the callouts don’t register successfully to the list and I am unsure to why as no errors appear. My callouts load in and work fine just not my downloaded ones.

In addition, callout manager worked yesterday and now it won’t open the menu so I presume maybe a plugin loading issue?

Cheers,

   Jake

Yea, .4 was just released, if an outsiders mod doesn't work with it you will have to wait for the creator of it(the outsiders mod) to update it to work. Same with Callout manager, you will have to wait for an update.

Callout Manager worked fine yesterday on 0.4 so that’s not entirely true, in addition it was a 0.4 supporter callout so it should work but it doesn’t load it.

Its possible that Callout manager would work for some callouts and not others because it has not been updated. Everything is going to need to be updated that is not up to par with the new code. Maybe this will work, maybe that will work, maybe half of this or that will work, but it makes perfect sense that it doesn't work correctly because it has not been updated. If Callout manager is working for one callout and not another creators callout, then its that callout that needs updated. To be honest no one is going to know besides the creators.

I removed callout manager, that isn’t my main issue it’s the loading all together of callouts. They don’t even appear in the LSPDFR callout list 😋

I know because they are not updated for lspdfr .4 lol. It sucks I know but Im sure some of the callout creators are working to get us more content.

The ones I have installed are? Albo recently updated 1 of his callouts which I am using and the other 2 were updated to support 0.4 and they do not work via lspdfr loading, that is what I am trying to say lol?

Oh sorry I see people are already updating now lol. Do you have a log file from where the callout wouldn't load?

No because there were no errors, already analysed the logs myself. Plugin said it loaded in console then I checked the callout list and it wasn’t there. Being a developer myself I’ve tried everything I can think of, so I’m leaving it up to Sam to see if he has a solution 😋

Did you ever fix your problem? I'm having the exact same issue too.

@whomer1 You can post your RPH-Log, maybe we can help you 😉

Ok so it's random if the callouts load in LSPDFR menu in the game. This log the callouts loaded like they're suppose to but I noticed I don't have the info text boxes that pop above the map in the lower left of the screen. IE frisk a ped and their ID shows up, test a drug sample and the results don't pop up. But the callout thing is still annoying too. Thanks for any help you can provide.

For the info text make sure that your phone notifications in GTA-setting is on. Please also post a log after the problem occurs. 🙂

Thanks I must have turned it off accidentally. Here's a log where the game and LSPDFR loaded fine, just the callouts aren't showing in the LSPDFR game menu in GTAV. Also I keep getting the message about the key bindings being the same for LSPDFR and LSPDFR+. I adjusted the 2 proper keys to none in the keys.ini file but still get the same message. Thanks again for taking a look and helping a noob.
