The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello my name is Kevin aka. KEVbayer and i have a problem with ELS. I have do all steps in the tutorial but it does not work and the car ELS-files have i extract in the ELS-Folder. So can anybody say where my problem is, i pressed ingame STRG+P (Its the same as CRTL but in Germany STRG=Steurung=Control) and nothing happens. Please help me soon.

    I am far from an expert, but looking over your files I notice you don't have ScriptHookV installed. 

     

    Download it from here: http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/

     

    Place it in the main directory of GTA V. ELS should be working fine after that.

    I am no where near an expert on GTA V, but if I reply to your support thread I will try my best to assist you with your problems based on my knowledge of the problems I have gone through.
