If it only has Intel Graphics 2000, and no dedicated GPU, it probably won't run GTA V/LSPDFR well at all, if at all. You'd need an NVIDIA or AMD dedicated GPU.

As mentioned you would 100% benefit from a dedicated GPU, even if you dropped down a processor spec to afford one, you'll not be able to play much without one.

Having a 1060 is much better than nothing, however you may want to compare the 1060's specs to something like a 980, as i remember reading a while back that you don't notice a performance increase between the two models until a 1070 (citation needed). You'll also want to check that the i5 is a fairly capable model.
