State Packs

So recently, I've been trying to download packs/cars in which all belong to the same state/county. Before I used Orlando, FL Police, Flagler County Sheriff, and Florida Highway Patrol, in this case it is all in the state of florida. I have also tried the State of New York in which I used Buffalo Police, and obviously New York State Police. I'm trying to find other states to try out. If anyone knows of any states to use, atleast a state police pack/cars and a city pack/cars that belong in that state. If that makes any sense lmao. Any response is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Could try what I'm about to try, I'm doing the Minnesota State Patrol vehicles. I really want to cruise around in my states car I just haven't ever made a livery before. 

The city is Brainerd Minnesota (my city) so I'm gonna attempt a go over on the liveries.

Cars look great, I'll go ahead and do some research myself. I'll let you know. Also, yeah I feel that on your home town/city. I want to patrol in my own city liveries as well although I live in a relatively small city of approximately 30,000 people that most people do not know about lol

13,428 people in my city so I feel it, but we have a undercover charger with a hemi that I wanna do, not much more than black paint on a charger but the sound of that thing is orgasmic. I'm looking around on how to replace engine sounds so I can replace the undercover buffalo with a charger then the hemi sound. I'd probably skip over our cities skyline in the decal for the brainerd police car. Probably end up being a major pain.

If you are looking for an easy way to swap engine sounds, GTA V has some good engine sounds for DLC vehicles, I recently did this. If you use Simple Trainer you can swap engine sounds whilst ingame, and select the one you like most.

 

For example, I love the WINDSOR sound for a dodge charger model. So all you need to do is open the vehicles.meta, find <audioNameHash>.....</audioNameHash> near the police2 model. And replace the dots with the car model sound you want, so for a WINDSOR that would be <audioNameHash>WINDSOR</audioNameHash>

I've been trying to learn the same thing. I have some vehicle sounds in but only for certain vehicles, and I want to replace more.

I actually love you. Lmao I have been trying to find this vehicle sound and figure out how to change sounds literally for ever now. Thank you!

Thank you, now my police cars don't sound like a Prius. It'd be pretty cool if someone made a engine sound pack for GTA, probably take a decade and a half though.

Haha thanks, have fun exploring all the awesome vehicle sounds..there are a lot though if you find a good CVPI one let me know

Yeah some people have tried but it's too much work honestly. This is the best alternative but honestly there are some really good car sounds in GTA itself.
