to start GTA4 you'll need to double click on the GTA4 Shortcut on your Desktop or the Start Menu

I think I may see your problem. Your police station is off the map. Just reinstall LCPDFR.

Ps. Wrong section dude, put this in Support. Next time put more details please. I think I was the only person who saw the police station off of the map
