For those of you who would want to change the settings in ELS.ini, but don't know which number if for which key? Here it is.

Yes. When you have policehelper and tow script 1.0.5 installed you can call tow truck by policehelper device, not only by keybinding. You can also disable keybinding in tow script settings.

I am not joining judging by the comments of Hunter which are correct, this clan probably just drives around with their lights on acting like fools. I bet they don't even know all the police code like real cops would since they are trying to role play as them

Well I am not sure. I would just go to a website that has skins and download it. And to get skins in game you will need to download Spark IV, open it, click browse, scroll down to models>cd images> vehicles.img, one click the car you want(it will say wft, wtd and click on each for each file) click import on top bar, go to where you downloaded skins, click either the wtd file or wft(which ever one you selected) and it will import it. then once you did it for both, click rebuild THEN save.

Than explain to me why the other day we had 5 people on the server and played for 3 and half hours? No crashes at all....

We spent weeks of trail and error getting models that work and testing this what we came up with and we can play for hours with out a crash...

sometime the scripts will crash. you can bring up you console by hitting ` and then type in "reloadscripts".

1) Make sure your GTA directories are not readonly, especially the COMMON and DATA folders.
2) Also ensure you are running the installer as an administrator.
