Really dont have any clue as to what I am doing, but I attempted to install the LCPDFR mod and have this error message come up

First what you should have done is taken two seconds to search or look around the forums because right here is your answer, link below. Pinned under LCPD:FR support, this is in the wrong section too.

That doesn't always work for everyone so you might just have to live without the taser..

Do you have 1.0.7.0 , Do you have Games for Windows live Redistributable 3, Do you have .NET Framework C++ ? Check those , If you have those try re-installing the game and LCPD:FR Is all i can say.
