I had reinstalled everything and ran albo's Troubleshooter and no errors Ragehook wont run for some reason not sure what is wrong.

make sure to start GTA in windowed borderless mode.

you can force it through RPH settings.

 

RPH won't hook to GTA V when GTA V is in fullscreen mode.

I did that still didn't work

I did that but its still not running

 

is your game crashing when its loading up or is rage plugin hook just not starting

The game crashes right when I start rage plugin or it wont load the plugin at all 

 

I had the same problem, what kind of antivirus software do you have

Advast. but I have never had this issue with it before I uninstalled the game.

perfect, I'm pretty sure that's the problem, I have advast too and I've never had a problem with it until now

That was it I got it to work now. I add an exception to advast

I have the same issue. I don't have any anti-virus running. I tried to do the window/borderless but it still doesn't activate. don't believe my plugin is running as an administrator.

What exception did you add specifically? The whole GTAV folder maybe? Im also having this issue. Turned off avast then it's finally loading up. Though after a few seconds of playing, no icons on the map to start the mod and it suddenly crashes. While Avast still completly turned off. 😕 

yeah I added the whole folder under the exception
