    I have the same issue. I don't have any anti-virus running. I tried to do the window/borderless but it still doesn't activate. don't believe my plugin is running as an administrator.

    I tried that it still didn't work. RPH goes through the prompts and then after validating system the screen closes.

    I have this issue as well. It validates the system then shuts off. Wont even open GTA V. Any assistance is appreciated

    Does GTA V from Steam allow mods via LSPDFR. I am new to everything online, mod, gta v pc, steam related. i would really like to do a simple mod input for gta v from Steam but not sure if it will allow it or how to do it.
