is there a way to install diffternt sirens for each vehicle like have a siren for police an have a different one for fire and ambulance

if this is possible how do i do it

Here is a name of the mod I use: Modern Siren Pack. Look that up and download it, and the ReadMe will tell you how to have different sirens for each vehicle.
