I'm nearly done reinstlalling - but I have a horrible feeling despite deleting all the game files, for some reason it has STILL downloaded all the old files. Download size is 81GB. 

Don't know why I bother sometimes with GTA.

How big should GTA  be? GTA V folder said 83GB. Seems pretty stock. But it STILL crashes! What should I do?
