The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

It's the high and low belt.

If i'm not mistaken the high and low belts are accesory 1 and the arm patch is accesory2.

but

As far as coding goes, i have no clue...lol

It doesn't work with accessories 2/tasks because LSPDFR constantly resets that component on peds for its holster management. I've figured out a workaround for that which I implemented in Coastal Callouts. I don't plan to add it to Custom Backup as I'm not updating Custom Backup until after LSPDFR 0.4 is released, and I hope that underlying behavior will be fixed in LSPDFR 0.4.
