I've been playing LSPDFR for a few months and lcpdfr for a few years. 
I'm getting kinda bored of LSPDFR and callouts aren't doing much to spice things up.
Any suggestions on how to spice things up?

There's a plethora of callout modifications and other mods to add to the GTA V experience, but if you're bored of it, more of the same might not cut it. It's okay to take a break and play something else for a while. 

I can recommend adding the RDE modification and maybe change up the location you play in, and restrict yourself to another part of the map you usually do not use.
