The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I got mine working again. For some reason when I updated Windows it caused a problem with the firewall and antivirus. I put my gta5 directory on an exclusion list in the antivirus and ran it with elevated privileges and it works now.

Yep I already did that with my GTA V folder for Norton. Didn't work 😞
