Hey im new to LCPD FR, and i cannot find where to download the ELS mod. Anyone know?

Look through the forums and find someone named Tom H. He has a link for ELS V6 in his signature. He shouldn't be that hard to find, he is a pretty active member on the site.

Thanks for helping, but when i try and open the zip, its says its invalid. Would it have to be opened with 7zip or winrar?

7zip will open any file type, to my knowledge at least. That's what I use I don't have any problems with it.
