What order are you installing RPH, LSPDFR, and ScriptHookV?

I installed LSPDFR first, then RPH, then Scripthook. It was working fine to start with, only started crashing when adding vehicles.

Add this as it is required for adding custom vehicles and fixes crashing.

If installing that did not fix the crashing,

You would need to re watch albo's video.

Since you probably missed a step or pasted a line incorrectly.

Are u installing add-on cars?if so it's a problem with the dlclist.xml..put the original back and see if that fixes it

Yeah I already tried that with no luck. Super frustrating. Pretty sure I've done everything absolutely right but I might try starting from scratch.

Yeah I am. I'll give it a go if I can find the location of it. Thanks. 

Edit: Tried replacing it. Still crashes 😞

Tried Solution

Your modded Dlclist.xml is in mods/update/updaterpf/common/data..

 

original dlclist.xml is in gtav directory update/updaterpf/common/data

 

Same with Extratitleupdatedata if u edited that too

Yeah I gave it a go, no luck unfortunately, still crashes on loading 😞

Try replacing the updaterpf with original updaterpf..it's in mods/update/

As in, move them in windows explorer? Or is it done within OpenIV? 

 

Delete your modded update.rpf in mods folder and put in the unmodded one

do it through the gtav folder not openiv

That's worked, thank you. Where do I continue modding from now then? Just re-add the vehicles into the MODDING folder?

Your welcome..from there I'm not sure how to get it to work with add-on cars..it has to do with replacing the game config in mods/update/update rpf/common/data..after editing dlclist.xml if u want add-on cars..I don't install add-on cars bcus of the same problem u had crashing at loading screen

Thiss is starting to sound like a memory error. GTA 5 can only handle up to about 4 independent addon vehicles. I would suggest you learn how to combine dlc so that you may have more than 4 addon vehicles.
