I just bought the game and also installed the plugin. I can't find any police station icons. I haven't gotten far in the game, not sure if that matters.

First,  RAGEPluginHook_0_63_1224_15140_ALPHA.Zip shouldn't be in the game. Second, are you launching RagePluginHook when you are starting the game?

I got rid of the zip and yes I launch using Rage.

Then you should be able to load LSPDFR. However, I am taking a look at your files, and I would suggest you do a fresh install of LSPDFR, RPH, and Scripthook. You should install in this order: LSPDFR, RPH, ScripthookV. Also, use the manual install, and read the readme's. They are essential to you being able to play LSPDFR.
