The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When i go to police station, no options to go on duty,

There should be a pop up that says press E to go on duty when you are at the icon.

 

Press F4 to open rage console and Type

I reinstalle it all but the first startup worked fine but I needed to figure some things out online and closed the game and now it wont work

I had this issue and after stress testing so many options, I couldn't go on duty through the locker room or ForceDuty. Reinstalling and unblocking those three helped me immensely.

Do you have the plugin (lspdfr) loaded?

If not, try opening the console by pressing F4 and type in:  Loadplugin LSPDFR
