i dont see anything that looks like its in scan mode. But when i put it in lightstage 3 it is using all different sorts of lights and it changes every 5 seconds.

My recently installed vehicle pack contains awesome models but the only problem is that all the cars' lights are on scan modus and not how i want them to be. Is there a way to disable the scan mode of the lighting? I've already looked on the internet but i can't find the problem. Thanks!
